Alin Suciu on stage at a bodybuilding competition

Bournemouth personal trainer

Meet AlinSuciu.

Twenty-five years in fitness. Nearly a decade coaching. One clear mission: to help you transform body and mind in the quickest sustainable way.

My story

It started with confidence.

I've loved sport for as long as I can remember. I played football at semi-professional level, but it was the gym that became my real passion.

At 14, I wasn't a confident teenager. I started training at home with press-ups and dumbbells, and slowly began to feel stronger—not only physically, but in myself too. Before long, I joined my local gym and spent most afternoons there after school.

When I moved to England in 2011, I decided it was time to turn that lifelong passion into my career. Today, I help others build strength, confidence and lasting results through personal training, bootcamps and online coaching.

I also train and compete as a classic bodybuilder, so I understand the discipline behind a big goal. But as a business owner, I understand the demands of everyday life too.

What I believe

High standards. Human approach.

Good coaching should challenge you, teach you and leave you more capable—not make your entire life revolve around fitness.

01

Personal first

Your history, lifestyle and goals shape the plan. No copy-and-paste programmes.

02

Realistic always

Training and nutrition have to work around the life you actually live.

03

Progress together

You get clear direction, honest feedback and support when motivation wobbles.

Built in the real world

I know busy.

I run A.S Fitness and Bootcamp UK Bournemouth & Poole. I know how hard it can be to fit healthy eating and exercise around work, family and everything else demanding your attention.

That is why each plan is practical, focused and personal. However big or small the goal, we start where you are and build momentum from there.
