1. Purchasing Bootcamp UK Bournemouth & Poole trial sessions
By purchasing any Bootcamp UK Bournemouth & Poole sessions, or using any other Bootcamp UK promotion, you are confirming that you are physically able to partake in the physical activities associated with Bootcamp UK and that you are over the age of 16 years.
We are very proud of what we do and promote our sessions on social media. If you choose to attend a Bootcamp UK session, you may appear in some of our marketing.
The 10 sessions for £10, £15 or £17 offer: These are taster sessions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including, but not exclusively, Groupon, Wowcher, six free sessions (when the offer is running), any discounted sessions sold or given away by Bootcamp UK, and/or any third party.
These sessions can only be purchased once per person. The 10 sessions for £10 must be used within eight weeks of purchase. The 10 sessions for £15 expire in three months, and the 10 sessions for £17 do not expire.
The 10 sessions purchased for £10, £15 or £17 are subject to a refund if the recipient did not enjoy their first session. The recipient needs to have attended just one session to qualify for the refund. If the recipient attends a second session or does not attend any sessions, they will not qualify for a refund.
2. Purchasing MummyFit trial sessions
By purchasing any MummyFit offers or membership, you are confirming that you are physically able to partake in the physical activities associated with A.S Fitness and that you are over the age of 16 years.
We are very proud of what we do and promote our sessions on social media. If you choose to attend a MummyFit session, you may appear in some of our marketing.
The five sessions for £10: These are taster sessions, can be used only once and are valid for four weeks.
The five sessions for £10 are subject to a refund if the recipient did not enjoy their first session. The recipient needs to have attended just one session to qualify for the refund. If the recipient attends a second session or does not attend any sessions, they will not qualify for a refund.
3. A.S Fitness membership terms & conditions
A.S Fitness memberships involve a commitment from you to pay your monthly subscription fees in advance by direct debit. Members agree that monthly membership fees will be paid each month in advance of A.S Fitness providing services pursuant to this agreement for the month in which such membership fees are received.
By using A.S Fitness services and/or paying membership fees, you accept the terms and conditions set by the club.
If you want to cancel any membership, please give us one month’s notice.
